PENCIL STORY

The Blackwing 11 is our tribute to Bill Russell and his undeniable legacy. The number 11 foil stamped on each pencil represents the number of championships he won, more than any player in NBA history.

Volume 11 pencils feature a matte green barrel with subtle green accents, gold foil imprint, black ferrule, and green eraser. These colors are synonymous with the team colors of the Boston Celtics, where Russell spent his 13-year career. The number 6, representing Russell's jersey number, is formed by lining the pencils up. Jersey number 6 has since been retired in the NBA to honor Bill Russell's life and legacy.

NOTEBOOK STORY

The design showcases a basketball in gold, green, and black to honor Russell's time spent playing for the Boston Celtics. On the back, Russell's signature is highlighted to further his honor.
