WHAT COMES WITH MY VOLUMES SUBSCRIPTION?

Volumes subscribers get a 12-pack of limited edition pencils each quarter for a full year. Each shipment also includes a sealed pencil archive tube for your collection and some subscriber-exclusive goodies. You are guaranteed to be among the first to receive each edition when you subscribe.

WILL I GET BLACKWING X (COLLABORATION) PENCILS IF I'M A SUBSCRIBER?

Blackwing X pencil and notebook sets are special edition collaborations we make with selected partners. These collaborations are often sold exclusively through the partners' storefront and are not a part of the Volumes subscription program. Volumes subscribers receive a limited edition pencil set every quarter for a full year and will always be notified when their Volumes subscription box has shipped.

I CHANGED MY ADDRESS FOR MY BLACKWING ACCOUNT, WHY DID SUBSCRIPTION STILL GET SENT TO MY OLD ADDRESS?

Changing your address associated with your Blackwing account is different from changing the shipping address for your Volumes subscription. Please refer to the question below for a step-by-step guide to how to properly change your subscription shipping address and make sure your shipment arrives at the correct address.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY VOLUMES SUBSCRIPTION?

Please note, changing your address in your Blackwing account is different from changing the shipping address for your Volumes subscription. This is a step by step tutorial to make sure the next shipment will go to the correct address.

Step 1: Login to your Blackwing account on the Blackwing602.com website.

Step 2: Go to Manage Subscriptions. On your account page, you’ll see a link called “Manage Subscriptions.” This is where your Volumes Subscription information can be found.

 

Step 3: This page will show your current subscriptions. Your current address will be displayed. If it is incorrect, click “Edit” to make changes.

 

Step 4: Update your address. Clicking "Edit" will take you to the address page, where you can update the your shipping address. Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page to confirm the update.

*Also note, if you've received a pre-shipment email with an Order # and you change your address after receiving that email, your new address will not be reflected on that specific shipment. In this circumstance, please contact us immediately at volumes@blackwing602.com or by calling us at 1 (209) 932-5002 so that we can change it manually before the shipment goes out.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

You can update your payment method through your Blackwing account page.

Step 1: Login to your Blackwing account on the Blackwing602.com website.

 

Step 2: Once logged in, click the "Manage Subscription" link to access your subscription information.

 

Step 3: On your subscription page, click "Billing Information" to access your current billing information.

 

Step 4: Click "Update card" to update your card/payment information.

 

Step 5: Once you have entered your new payment information, make sure to click the "Update Card" button at the bottom of the page. Your information will now be current.

DOES MY INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING COST COVER ALL THE SHIPMENTS FOR THE YEAR?

Yes. The shipping cost that you pay when initially subscribing covers all of your shipments for the full year. You will not need worry about shipping costs until your subscription renews.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW?

All standard Volumes subscriptions will renew automatically after you've received four shipments. Gift subscriptions last for a full year and do not renew after the fourth shipment.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

IF I ADD OTHER ITEMS TO MY VOLUMES SUBSCRIPTION ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE ALL MY ENTIRE ORDER?

If you would like to purchase other items in addition to your Volumes subscription, we advise that you place a separate order with those items to ensure that they are shipped sooner than your Volumes subscription shipment.

(INT'L) WHY ARE CUSTOM/VAT FEES DIFFERENT FOR EACH SHIPMENT?

Customs/VAT fees for Volumes subscribers outside of the US are different with each release due to a variety of factors including the contents of the shipments, weight of the package, etc. In some cases, when the shipment is processed via UPS or FedEx, additional fees may apply.
